- 320 g Garganelli pasta
- 160 g grilled sausage
- 250 gr diced pumpkin
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Molinari Balsamico Affinato DOP
Preparation
Prepare in advance for the dressing: Cook the sausage on the grill to make it take the characteristic taste of smoked. Cut it into thin slices or cubes. Cook the pumpkin in a pan with EVO oil, salt and pepper, Once cooked crush the pumpkin with a fork and add the sausage.
Cook the garganelli 5-6 minutes and then sauté in a pan with the seasoning.
Serve and add freshly ground black pepper and spread the Molinari Balsamico Affinato in a quantity to taste. The acidity of the vinegar will enhance the flavor of the pumpkin, the aromatic notes of the Balsamic vinegar will make this dish of a unique taste.
