Extra large Burger Bread
Filling for each bun
- 1 Beef Burger 160-180 gr
- 1-2 slices of Cheddar
- 10 g mixed Radicchio and Green Salad
- Barbecue sauce
- Molinari Balsamico Affinato DOP
Preparation
Cook the hamburger possibly on the barbecue and melt cheddar cheese on top at the end of cooking
Heat the bread and fill with the ingredients indicated adding plenty of Molinari Balsamic before closing the sandwich and serving.
It can be served with Radicchio trevigiano cooked on the barbecue as an alternative to chips.
