Ingredients for 4 people
- 1 Abate pear with sliced peel
- 200 gr of Gorgonzola PDO
- Half tropea onion or dessert
- 8-10 Shelled walnuts
- 120 gr of washed and squeezed rocket
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Freshly ground Black Pepper
- Molinari Balsamico Affinato DOP
Preparation
Wash and cut the pear into slices while keeping the peel
Cut Gorgonzola into cubes
Cut a half onion into slices (if possible macerate a few hours in water)
Mix the various ingredients with salad and season with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and freshly ground black pepper
Serve in the serving dish and add Balsamic Molinari to taste depending on the desired intensity of taste.
